MailMunch Media Library

Our Latest Rollout: Built-in Media Library

Hello Everyone!

Through our constant commitment to improvement and conversations with our customers, we’ve listened and delivered a fantastic new update for you. In the spirit of development, we’ve introduced a drastically new way to manage your design assets inside the MailMunch platform.

We are happy to introduce our built-in Media Library! To help you save time and automate the repetitive task of uploading logos and images, we’ve designed a way for you to store these assets inside your account so you can access them from anywhere.

All assets in one place

With this new media library, once you upload an image for your website, MailMunch will automatically store it for future use, no more repeat uploads. We understand specific components of an email such as logos, product images, and banner images are repeatedly used, and it’s useful to have them available at will. Now even if you want to send out a mass email from a remote location and you don’t have access to your brand’s design assets, your files will still be available on our platform.

We also understand that time is of the essence for our customers. With this feature, you’ll save time by instantly locating relevant images when you want to send out an email. They will all get consolidated in our media library.

We’ve implemented media libraries in such a way that access to assets is only available within one site. Even if you manage multiple sites from within one account, you can keep all assets neatly organized by your separate websites. So you don’t have to worry about any of your media assets getting mixed up!

Here’s the media library in action:

  1. You choose an email template and click on Image under the Content tab on the right panel
  2. You select and upload an image of choice and add it to your email
  3. Now your asset is secure and is available for any future use on your website

MailMunch’s built-in media library supports .jpg, .png, .gif and .pdf files and you can use it for broadcast emails, forms, and landing pages. It is available anywhere you may want to use images on the platform.

We at MailMunch are actively listening to our customers and providing them solutions along the way as we grow ourselves. Keep checking this space for more updates…Now go ahead and try out the feature for yourself!
